Thin Goat Milk Yogurt! Finally an Answer!
by: Julie G

Thank you so much for the info on making Goat Milk Yogurt. I thought I was doing something wrong and always getting a thin consistency.

I never knew it was the content of the protein in the Goat Milk.

I'll go and buy some powdered goat milk and add that to the quart.

We can't have cow's milk and this information was just great! Thanks again!

You are most welcome! I know that I was totally delighted when I found out about this, as I also was getting a thin slimy yoghurt that I couldn't make myself eat - lol!

It makes a BIG difference to the consistency when you add the milk powder, but you will still need to experiment with the amount you add (I use lots, as I like a thick yoghurt)

Good luck with your next batch, let me know how you go.
